A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings with Cousins Corner.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to scheduled event date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Client may request to reschedule based on availability. One complimentary reschedule may be permitted for weather-related concerns or emergencies at the discretion of Cousins Corner.

No refunds will be issued after equipment has been delivered and setup is completed.

If Cousins Corner must cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, venue restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, clients will have the option to transfer payments to a future available date.

Failure to follow rental policies or unsafe behavior during the event may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
