cancellation & refund policy

retainer policy

All retainers are non-refundable.

client cancellations

Cancellations more than fourteen (14) days before the event may be eligible for a future event credit, less the non-refundable retainer. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

One complimentary date change may be permitted based on availability. Additional date changes may be subject to fees.

no access or no show

Failure to provide access for delivery or setup will be treated as a cancellation and no refund shall be issued.
