cancellation & refund policy

deposit policy

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an event date. The event date is not considered secured until the required deposit has been received and the Rental Agreement has been signed.

The deposit is applied toward the total rental balance but is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the Client.

client cancellations

Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled event may, at Cousins Corner's discretion, be eligible for a future event credit for eligible amounts paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or less before the scheduled event are non-refundable, and no future event credit is guaranteed.

Rescheduling

One (1) complimentary date change may be permitted when requested more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event, subject to availability and approval by Cousins Corner.

The rescheduled event must take place within twelve (12) months of the original event date, unless otherwise approved by Cousins Corner in writing.

Any additional date changes may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Changes to the event date or location may also result in changes to availability, travel fees, taxes, or other applicable charges.

Final payment

The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event.

Failure to submit the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the signed Rental Agreement. The non-refundable deposit will not be returned.

no access or no show

The Client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the event location for delivery, setup, and breakdown.

Failure to provide access, failure to be present when required without prior arrangements, undisclosed venue or access restrictions, or an unsuitable setup location that prevents Cousins Corner from completing installation may be treated as a Client cancellation.

No refunds or credits will be issued when Cousins Corner is unable to provide services due to circumstances within the Client's responsibility, subject to the terms of the signed Rental Agreement.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Weather-related cancellations, interruptions, and rescheduling are governed by Cousins Corner's Weather Policy and the signed Rental Agreement.

A Client's decision to cancel an event due to weather does not automatically qualify the reservation for a refund or future event credit.
