  • Our soft play setups are best suited for children ages 6 months to 8 years. We recommend age-appropriate supervision at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • Every rental includes delivery, professional setup, and pickup. Package inclusions vary, but may feature soft play shapes, a ball put, slide, rocker, ride-on toys, fencing, and soft flooring. Custom add-ons are also available.

  • Space requirements vary by package. As a general guideline, we recommend a minimum clear area of 10’ x 10’ for smaller setups and additional space for larger packages or add-ones. We are happy to help determine the best fit for your event.

  • Yes, weather permitting. Outdoor setups must be placed on a clean, flat surface such as grass, concrete, turf, or a covered patio. We do not set up on dirt, gravel, mulch, or uneven ground.

  • Absolutely! We offer customization options including balloon decor, vinyl decals, themed signage, and select add-ons to help create a setup that complements your celebration.

  • Simply submit an inquiry through our website. Once availability is confirmed, you’ll receive a custom proposal, rental agreement, and invoice to secure your date.

  • Yes. A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

  • Yes! We proudly serve Philadelphia, South Jersey, and surrounding areas. Delivery is included within our standard service area, and additional travel fees may apply for locations outside that radius.

  • To help keep everyone safe, adult supervision is required at all times. Shoes, food, drinks, face paint, slime, glitter, sharp objects, and pets are not permitted on or around the equipment.

  • Yes! All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental using child-safe cleaning products.

  • The 30% retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of all payments received. If severe weather impacts an outdoor event, we will work with you to discuss available options.

  • Clients are responsible for any loss, excessive damage, or misuse of rental equipment during the rental period. Any repaid or replacement costs will be assessed and invoiced accordingly.
