By booking with Cousins Corner, the Client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on our website.These Terms & Conditions govern all rentals and services provided by Cousins Corner.

acceptance of Terms

By submitting an inquiry, signing a contract, making a payment, or accepting delivery of rental equipment, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

assumption of risk

The Client acknowledges that participation in soft play and inflatable activities involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, and other injuries. The Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of rental equipment.

release of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cousins Corner, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for injury, illness, death, property damage, or other losses arising from the use of rental equipment.

indemnification

The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cousins Corner from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Client’s event or use of the equipment.

Compliance with laws

Clients are responsible for complying with all venue requirements and applicable local regulations.

governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
