Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions are provided for general informational purposes only and summarize certain policies of Cousins Corner, LLC (“Cousins Corner”). All reservations are subject to the complete terms and conditions outlined in the signed Rental Agreement provided during the booking process.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the information on this page and the signed Rental Agreement, the signed Rental Agreement shall govern.

acceptance of Terms

By signing the Rental Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed, understand, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.

The Client is responsible for communicating applicable safety rules and equipment requirements to guests and ensuring that all participants use the rental equipment appropriately.

assumption of risk

The Client acknowledges that participation in soft play, inflatable activities, and other recreational activities may involve inherent risks, including, but not limited to, slips, trips, falls, collisions, and other injuries.

The Client accepts responsibility for providing appropriate adult supervision and ensuring that rental equipment is used safely, appropriately, and only for its intended purpose.

Use of the rental equipment is voluntary and subject to all safety requirements and the terms of the signed Rental Agreement.

release & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cousins Corner, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for injuries, property damage, losses, or other claims arising from the misuse of rental equipment, inadequate supervision, prohibited activities, failure to follow safety requirements, unauthorized movement or alteration of equipment, or the actions of participants, guests, venue personnel, or other third parties.

Nothing on this page is intended to waive or limit any liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

Additional provisions regarding assumption of risk, release of liability, and responsibility for rental equipment are contained in the signed Rental Agreement.

indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and as provided in the signed Rental Agreement, the Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cousins Corner, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Client's event, the actions of participants or guests, or the use or misuse of rental equipment, except to the extent otherwise provided by applicable law or the signed Rental Agreement.

Safety & Supervision

An adult eighteen (18) years of age or older must actively supervise children at all times while rental equipment is in use.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all participants comply with applicable safety instructions, equipment limitations, posted rules, and directions provided by Cousins Corner.

Cousins Corner reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the use of rental equipment when conditions, participant behavior, or other circumstances are determined to be unsafe.

Equipment Responsibility

Rental equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable safety requirements.

Once installed, rental equipment may not be moved, relocated, altered, disconnected, deflated, or disassembled by the Client, guests, venue personnel, or other third parties without prior authorization from Cousins Corner.

The Client may be responsible for damage, loss, theft, excessive cleaning, or other costs resulting from misuse, negligence, prohibited items, inadequate supervision, or unauthorized movement or alteration of rental equipment, as further described in the signed Rental Agreement.

Compliance with laws & venue requirements

The Client is responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, venue requirements, property-owner requirements, homeowner association rules, and other restrictions applicable to the event or event location.

The Client is also responsible for obtaining any required permission or approval from the venue, property owner, or other authorized party before installation.

Weather & Unsafe Conditions

Cousins Corner reserves the right to delay, modify, refuse, suspend, or discontinue setup or equipment use when weather, ground conditions, site conditions, access limitations, or other circumstances are determined to create an unsafe environment.

Weather-related cancellations, interruptions, credits, or rescheduling are handled in accordance with Cousins Corner's Weather Policy and the signed Rental Agreement.

governing law

Any matters concerning governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, or other legal remedies shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the signed Rental Agreement.
