Rental Policies

Thank you for choosing Cousins Corner Soft Play Rentals. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following rental policies.

Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and a non-refundable 30% retainer are required to reserve an event date.

The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event.

Reservations are not guaranteed until both the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

Changes to rental items, guest count, event location, setup requirements, or event timing may result in additional charges.

Cancellation & Refunds

All retainers are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days before the event may be eligible for a future event credit, less the non-refundable retainer.

Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the event are non-refundable.

One complimentary date change may be permitted based on availability. Additional date changes may be subject to fees.

Failure to provide access for delivery or setup will be treated as a cancellation and no refund shall be issued.

Delivery & Setup

All rentals include delivery, setup, and breakdown within our standard service area.

Additional travel fees may apply outside our service area.

The setup area must be clean, dry, level, and free of debris prior to our arrival.

Clients must notify Cousins Corner of any stairs, elevators, narrow gates, long walking distances, parking restrictions, or other access limitations before booking.

Equipment placement is determined by Cousins Corner at the time of setup and may not be moved after installation.

We reserve the right to refuse installation if site conditions are deemed unsafe.

Safety & Supervision

An adult aged eighteen (18) years or older must supervise children at all times while rental equipment is in use.

The following are strictly prohibited on or around rental equipment:

  • Shoes

  • Food and beverages

  • Gum and candy

  • Face paint

  • Glitter

  • Confetti

  • Silly string

  • Sharp objects

  • Pets

  • Smoking materials

Children must use equipment safely and as intended. Rough play, climbing on walls, flips, wrestling, and intentional misuse are prohibited.

Bounce House Rules

All participants must remove shoes before entering the bounce house.

Occupancy limits must be followed at all times.

No flips, wrestling, roughhousing, climbing on walls, or hanging from netting are permitted.

The bounce house must never be used during unsafe weather conditions.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

Equipment Responsibility & Cleaning

The Client assumes responsibility for all rental equipment from delivery until pickup.

Equipment may not be moved, altered, or relocated after installation.

The Client is responsible for any loss, theft, excessive cleaning, or damage caused by misuse, negligence, prohibited items, pets, food, beverages, face paint, glitter, confetti, smoking, or failure to supervise participants.

Additional cleaning or replacement fees may be charged when necessary.

Weather Policy

Weather conditions are monitored prior to all outdoor events.

For safety reasons, equipment will not be installed or may be removed if conditions include:

  • Rain

  • Thunderstorms

  • Lightning

  • Standing water

  • Flooding

  • Excessive heat

  • Unsafe ground conditions

  • Winds exceeding manufacturer recommendations

Safety determinations are made solely by Cousins Corner.

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, a future event credit may be issued and applied toward a new booking date within twelve (12) months, subject to availability.

Photography Policy

Cousins Corner may photograph equipment setups for marketing and promotional purposes.

No child will be identified by name without permission.

Clients may request exclusion from promotional photography by notifying Cousins Corner prior to the event date.
