Rental Policies

At Cousins Corner, we’re committed to providing a safe, clean, and stress-free experience for your little ones. Please review our rental policies below before booking.

Booking & Payment

  • A signed rental agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

  • Bookings are first come, first served and are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Additional fees may apply for delivery outside our standard service area.

Delivery, setup & breakdown

  • Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included for all rentals within our service area.

  • Clients must ensure the setup area is clean, level, and accessible before our arrival.

  • Please notify us in advance of any stairs, elevators, gated access, or limited parking.

  • We reserve the right to refund setup if the space is deemed unsafe.

safety & Supervision

  • Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the equipment.

  • Equipment is designed for children ages 6 months to 8 years old.

  • Shoes, food, drinks, face paint, slime, confetti, sharp objects, and pets are not permitted on the equipment.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring children use the equipment safely and as intended.

cleaning & care

  • All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental.

  • Please help us keep the equipment clean by removing shoes and keeping food/drinks away.

  • Excessive dirt, stains, damage, or missing items may result in additional cleaning or replacement fees.

weather policy

  • Outdoor setups are weather permitting.

  • In the event of rain, strong wind, or unsafe weather conditions, we may require the setup to be moved indoors or rescheduled.

  • Weather-related decisions will be made at our discretion with safety as the top priority.

cancellations & rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event may result in forfeiture of additional payments already made.

  • We will do our best to accommodate one event date change based on availability.

damage & liability

  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow rental guidelines.

  • Cousins Corner is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety rules.
