damage & cleaning policy

Clients are responsible for maintaining the condition of all rental equipment during the rental period.

Please help us keep our equipment clean and in excellent condition by ensuring no food, drinks, gum, face paint, paint, slime, glitter, confetti, sharp objects, or pets come into contact with the equipment.

All equipment must remain dry and protected from weather, dirt, mud, grass stains, smoke, and other damaging conditions.

Any excessive cleaning, stains, damage, missing items, or repairs beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional cleaning or replacement fees.

If equipment becomes unsafe or damaged during the rental period, use must stop immediately and Cousins Corner must be notified.

Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, vandalism, or failure to follow rental policies.
