Damage & cleaning policy

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every rental.

The Client is responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage, loss, theft, or misuse occurring during the rental period.

Examples include:

• Tears or punctures

• Permanent stains

• Missing balls or equipment pieces

• Damage caused by pets

• Damage caused by food, beverages, face paint, slime, glitter, or sharp objects

Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the Client when necessary.
