delivery, setup & breakdown

Cousins Corner provides professional delivery, setup, and breakdown with all rental reservations.

Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included within our standard service area. Additional travel fees apply to locations outside of our standard service area and are calculated based on distance. Any applicable travel fee will be included in the Client’s proposal before the reservation is confirmed.

Cousins Corner proudly serves Philadelphia, South Jersey, the Main Line, Delaware County, Chester County, and surrounding areas.

Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, difficult access, or other delivery-related circumstances when applicable. Any applicable travel or delivery-related charges will be disclosed before booking is confirmed.

setup area requirements

The Client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable setup area. The designated area must be:

  • Clean and dry

  • Level and stable

  • Large enough to safely accommodate the reserved equipment

  • Easily accessible for delivery and removal

  • Free of debris, pet waste, sharp objects, overhead obstructions, and other hazards

The setup area must be fully prepared and accessible before Cousins Corner arrives.

access requirements

To help ensure timely delivery and setup, Clients must notify Cousins Corner before booking of any conditions that may affect access to the setup location, including:

  • Stairs or steps

  • Elevators

  • Narrow gates, hallways, or doorways

  • Long walking or carrying distances

  • Limited or restricted parking

  • Loading restrictions

  • Venue-specific delivery requirements

  • Other access limitations

Failure to disclose access conditions may result in additional fees, setup delays, modifications to the planned setup, or an inability to complete installation.

equipment placement

Final equipment placement is subject to Cousins Corner's determination that the requested location provides adequate space, access, and conditions for safe installation.

Once installed, rental equipment may not be moved, relocated, altered, disconnected, deflated, or disassembled by the Client, guests, venue staff, or other third parties without prior authorization from Cousins Corner.

If equipment must be relocated after installation, the Client must contact Cousins Corner before making any changes.

client & venue responsibilities

The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from the property owner, venue, or other authorized party before installation.

The Client is also responsible for informing Cousins Corner of any venue rules, delivery restrictions, setup time limitations, parking requirements, or other conditions that may affect delivery, installation, or breakdown.

Any parking, loading, access, or venue-related fees associated with the rental may be the responsibility of the Client as provided in the proposal or Rental Agreement.

right to refuse or modify setup

Cousins Corner reserves the right to refuse, modify, delay, or discontinue installation when the setup location or conditions are determined to be unsafe, unsuitable, inaccessible, or materially different from the information provided during booking.

Conditions that may prevent or affect installation include, but are not limited to:

  • Uneven or unstable surfaces

  • Wet, muddy, or saturated ground

  • Standing water

  • Insufficient setup space

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Unsafe or obstructed access

  • Undisclosed stairs, gates, carrying distances, or other access limitations

  • Venue restrictions that prevent safe or timely installation

  • Any condition that may reasonably create a risk to guests, staff, or equipment

If installation cannot be completed because the Client did not provide a safe, suitable, accessible, or accurately described setup location, the reservation will be handled in accordance with the signed Rental Agreement.
