delivery service

All rentals include delivery, setup, and breakdown within our standard service area. Delivery outside our standard service area may be available for an additional fee.

additional travel

Additional travel fees may apply outside our standard delivery zones. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before booking is confirmed.

setup area requirements

The designated setup area must be:

  • Clean

  • Dry

  • Level

  • Easily accessible

  • Free of debris, pet waste, sharp objects, and other hazards

The Client is responsible for ensuring the setup area is ready prior to the scheduled delivery time.

access requirements

To help ensure a smooth delivery and setup, Clients must notify Cousins Corner before the event of any:

  • Stairs

  • Elevators

  • Narrow gates or doorways

  • Long walking or carry distances

  • Parking restrictions

  • Other access limitations

Failure to disclose these conditions prior to booking may result in additional fees, delayed setup, or the inability to complete the installation.

equipment placement

For safety reasons, all equipment placement is determined solely by Cousins Corner at the time of installation.

Once installed, rental equipment may be moved, relocated, altered, or disassembled by the Client or guests.

right to refuse setup

Cousins Corner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue installation if the setup location is determined to be unsafe, unsuitable, or inconsistent with the information provided at the time of booking. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Uneven or unstable ground

  • Wet or muddy conditions

  • Standing water

  • Insufficient setup space

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Obstructed or inaccessible setup areas

If installation cannot be completed due to unsafe site conditions or failure to provide suitable access, the reservation may be treated in accordance with the signed Rental Agreement.
