At Cousins Corner, we want your event setup to be seamless and stress-free. Please review our delivery and setup guidelines below.

Delivery area

We proudly serve South Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. Delivery outside of our standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee.

Delivery & setup

  • Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included with every rental.

  • We typically arrive 1-2 hours before your event start time to allow enough time for setup.

  • Setup times may vary depending on the package and event location.

setup requirements

To ensure a safe and smooth installation, clients must provide:

  • A clean, flat, and dry setup surface

  • Adequate space for the selected rental package

  • Clear access to the setup area

Access information

Please let us know in advance if your area/venue includes:

  • Stairs

  • Elevators

  • Long walking distances from parking

  • Limited parking

  • Gated access

Failure to provide access details may result in delays or additional fees.

Outdoor setups

Outdoor setups are weather permitting and must be placed on:

  • Concrete

  • Turf

  • Grass (if dry and level)

We do not set up in:

  • Mud

  • Gravel

  • Uneven surfaces

  • Wet areas

breakdown & pickup

  • We return at the agreed-upon pickup time for breakdown.

  • Please ensure all equipment is free from food, drinks, and personal belongings before pickup.

  • Late pickups or extended rental time may result in additional fees.

Client responsibility

The client is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the setup area is ready upon arrival

  • Supervising children during use

  • Protecting equipment from damage, theft, or unsafe use during the rental period
