adult supervision

An adult eighteen (18) years of age or older must actively supervise children at all times while rental equipment is in use. Cousins Corner does not provide supervision, childcare, or attendants.

prohibited items

To protect the equipment and ensure a safe environment, the following are not permitted on or around any rental equipment:

  • Shoes

  • Food and beverages

  • Gum and candy

  • Face paint

  • Glitter

  • Confetti

  • Silly string

  • Slime

  • Sharp objects

  • Pets

  • Smoking materials

safe use requirements

Children must use all rental equipment safely and as intended. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Rough play

  • Wrestling

  • Flips or somersaults

  • Climbing or sitting on walls

  • Pushing or shoving

  • Intentional misuse of equipment

Any unsafe behavior should be stopped immediately by the supervising adult.

bounce house safety

For everyone’s safety, all participants must:

  • Remove shoes before entering.

  • Follow all posted occupancy limits.

  • Be grouped by similar age and size whenever possible.

  • Refrain from flips, wresting, climbing on the walls, hanging from the netting, or rough play.

  • Exit the bounce house immediately if instructed by the supervising adult or a Cousins Corner team member.

  • Stop using the bounce house immediately if unsafe weather develops.

equipment responsibility

The Client assumes full responsibility for all rental equipment from the time it is delivered until it is picked up by Cousins Corner.

Equipment may not be moved, relocated, altered, or disassembled after installation without prior approval from Cousins Corner.

Damage & cleaning

The Client is responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage, loss, theft, or misuse of the rental equipment resulting from negligence, prohibited items, failure to supervise participants, or unauthorized movement of the equipment.

Repair, replacement, and/or excessive cleaning fees may be assessed when necessary. Additional details are outlined in the signed Rental Agreement.

photography

Cousins Corner may photograph or record video of the setup process and completed event setup for marketing, advertising, promotional, and portfolio purposes.

We make every effort to focus on the rental equipment rather than guests. No child will be identified by name without permission.

Clients who prefer not to have their event photographed or recorded may notify Cousins Corner prior to the event.
