rental terms & booking policy

Reservations

A signed Rental Agreement and a non-refundable 30% deposit are required to secure an event date.

Proposal validits

Proposals and requested event dates are held for forty-eight (48) hours from the time the proposal is sent. To secure the reservation, the signed Rental Agreement and required 30% non-refundable deposit must be received within that 48-hour period. If they are not received, the proposal may expire and the requested event date may be released without further notice.

final payment

The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event. Failure to submit the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the signed Rental Agreement.

Booking changes

Changes to the event location, rental items, setup requirements, deliver access, or event timing may result in additional fees and are subject to availability.

rental period

Standard rentals include up to four (4) hours of play, unless otherwise specified in the signed Rental Agreement.

venue requirements

The Client is responsible for obtaining any required venue approvals and ensuring the setup location is clean, dry, level, and large enough to safely accommodate the selected rental equipment. The Client must notify Cousins Corner before the event of any stairs, elevators, narrow gates, long walking distances, parking restrictions, or other access limitations that may affect delivery or setup.
