rental terms & booking policy

Reservations

A signed agreement and a non-refundable 30% retainer are required to reserves an event date.

final payment

The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the event date.

date availability

Event dates remain available to other customers until both the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

changes to bookings

Changes to event location, rental items, guest count, setup requirements, or event timing may result in additional fees.

rental period

Standard rentals include up to four (4) hours of play unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.

venue requirements

Clients are responsible for obtaining venue approval and ensuring the setup location can safely accommodate the selected equipment.
