For the safety of all guests, outdoor rentals are weather permitting.

Cousins Corner reserves the right to cancel, delay, or refuse setup in unsafe weather conditions including rain, strong winds, extreme heat, lightning, or other hazardous conditions.

Soft play equipment and bounce houses cannot be setup on wet, muddy, uneven, unsafe, or flooded surfaces.

If unsafe weather is expected, clients may request to move their rental indoors if space and setup requirements allow.

Weather-related rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be communicated as early as possible.

Cousins Corner will always prioritize safety when determining whether conditions are suitable for setup and operation.
