Weather conditions are closely monitored before all outdoor events to help ensure the safety of our clients, guests, staff, and rental equipment.

unsafe conditions

For safety reasons, rental equipment will not be installed, or may be removed, if weather conditions include, but are not limited to:

• Rain

• Thunderstorms

• Lightning

• Standing water

• Flooding

• Snow or ice

• Excessive heat

• Unsafe ground conditions

• Winds exceeding manufacturer recommendations

• Any other weather condition that creates an unsafe environment

For the safety of our clients, guests, staff, and equipment, all weather-related installation and operational decisions are made solely at the discretion of Cousins Corner.

If unsafe weather develops during the rental period, all participants must immediately stop using the equipment until conditions are deemed safe.

rescheduling due to weather

If Cousins Corner determines that weather conditions are unsafe for setup or continued operation, the reservation may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

At Cousins Corner's discretion, a future event credit may be issued and applied toward a new booking date within twelve (12) months of the original event date.

Refunds are not provided for cancellations or interruptions due to unsafe weather conditions unless otherwise required by the signed Rental Agreement.
